Shipping & Delivery: Orders placed in the Web Shop are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Software is made available via electronic download from a EKI One Store. Services are made available via a web-based user interface. Upon completion of the order processing, an email with download information and/or login details, as appropriate for the Software or Services purchased, will be sent to you. There is no physical delivery of Software or Services purchased from the Web Shop.
Customer Care & Support: For general assistance with the Web Shop, please refer to the “Contact Us” tab in the EKI One Store, which allows you to send Artificial Technology an e-mail by completing a web form describing your question or problem. You may also contact Artificial Technology at the physical address withint the imprint. Artificial Technology GmbH will attempt to respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
